OWLs Readathon Wrap Up!! (Also, my chosen career!) || April 2020 Wrap-Up

Hey everyone! I hope this quarantine is allowing you to catch up on all of your reading! What did you read last month? I am going back to Monthly Wrap-Ups because I find them much more enjoyable to do! Recently, I have been on a huge classics kick so I have read a bunch recently and I have a bunch to read soon! And this coming month A Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes comes out and I am ecstatic!! Anyways, here is the wrap-up! (FYI I changed my TBR a hundred times so that's why it doesn't match the TBR post!)

Ancient Runes: Heart in title or cover:  Northanger Abbey by Jane Austen

Arithmancy: Something outside of my favorite genre: The Female of the Species by Mindy McGinnis

Astronomy: Read the majority of this book when it is dark: A Midsummer's Night Dream by William Shakespeare

Care of Magical Creatures: a creature with a beak on the cover: Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins

Charms: White Cover: INCOMPLETE

Defense Against the Dark Arts: Book set in sea/coast: Refugee by Alan Gratz

Divination: assign numbers to your TBR and use a random number generator to pick your reads: The Theban Plays by Sophocles

Herbology: Title starts with an M: Macbeth

History of Magic: book features witches/wizards: Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets by JK Rowling

Muggle Studies: contemporary/ in the perspective of a muggle: The Book Thief by Markus Zusak

Potions: Book under 150 pages: Through the Looking Glass by Lewis Caroll

Transfiguration: book that includes shapeshifting: Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone by JK Rowling

And my chosen career is... DRUMROLL PLEASE... A Librarian!! No one can possibly be surprised. It was either that, professor, healer, writer/journalist, or Trader of Magical Tomes. I just like the idea of being surrounded by books lol!

And that is it! What are you currently reading? Have you reread any books recently? Have you caught up with every book on your shelves? Happy Reading!
So long,
